Brain MRI:
There is no shift of midline.
Gyri and sulci are normal.
Ventricular system is symmetric and it shows normal size.
There is a focus in white matter of left parietal lobe, which is hypersignal in T2WI and FLAIR sequences, while it is hyposignal in T1WI.
This could be consistent with demyelinating plaque, small vessels ischemic change, lacunar infarct, migraine, or gliosis at first step.
For certain diagnosis, correlation with clinical findings is recommended.
Sella, parasellar, and pituitary gland illustrate normal appearance.
There is no pathologic finding in paranasal sinuses and orbits.
Lumbosacral spine MRI:
Transitional vertebra is appreciated at lumbosacral level.
Most of intervertebral disks show desiccation.
L4-L5 intervertebral disk reveals extrusion which has led to marked narrowing of canal.
Facet joints and ligamentum falvum show hypertrophy.
Schmorl\'s nodes are depicted at multiple levels.
Lordosis of spine is normal.
